A Short Post After a Long Day

I’m tired, but happy. I taught the Bible for over four and a half hours. It was split between two college classes and a midweek study. I’m grateful to teach God’s Word. I’m exhausted, but my heart is full.

When questioned about his running prowess, Olympic runner and missionary Eric Liddell replied, “God made me fast. And when I run, I feel His pleasure.” I see what Liddell means: the joy of fulfilling your God-given purpose allows you to feel God’s blessing. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work as a pastor, professor, and writer through this blog.
